On 22 April 2025, Biotalys holds its annual general shareholders meeting in its headquarters in Ghent (BE). More information via legal@biotalys.com. 

Biotalys' management will participate in the Franco Belgian AgriFood Summit held in Melle (BE) on 2 and 3 April 2025. 

Biotalys' management will speak at the annual happening of the Flemish Retail Investor Association VFB, in Ghent. The company will also be present with a booth. More information at www.vfb.be. 

On 21 March, Biotalys publishes its 2024 annual report. 

On 19 March, Biotalys publishes its annual results and business highlights for 2024. Management will host a live webcast in English to discuss its full year 2024 financial results and business highlights at 15:00 CET / 14:00 GMT / 09:00 AM ET.
